After a bit of experimentation, I was able to photoshop a template and produce a decent facsimile. Here's what I came up with. Printed on blackout adhesive-backed label stock. Once I get the clear overlay to protect it, should be just the ticket. Original worn part on the right, home-made replacement on the left.
