Cabinet lock wanted

Looking for a lock for the front casting of a countertop Whiting's Sculptoscope (the box model; not the round model).

It's a cabinet style lock (not a cam lock).
It mounts to the back of the front casting on 2 (not 4) mounting posts that are 1 3/4 inches apart.
The lock's key hole should extend approx 1/2 from the lock mounting plate thru a circular hole (5/8 inch diameter) in the front casting.
The lock's keyhole is between the mounting holes, but is not centered between them on mounting plate, but offset to one side.

Also, I understand that the instruction card for the front casting of this machine has been reproduced and I would like to find the source for them.
