Great Questions kennyb!
All the supplies I have used over the years are gone as well!
After searching for a customer of mine in need of one I have not found an active supplier of cabinets you mentioned!
Is there any one out there that knows of such a manufacturer of the standard slot machine stands that were so abundant a few years ago!
Any thoughts other than the used ones that show up of EBAY occasionally!

I use old sewing machine cabinets. Usually made of oak and very strong. I also have an old record cabinet. I found a peice of stained glass of an owl that I mounted in the door. The owl is very close to Mills logo.
I have found the sewing machine cabinets for between 25 and a hundred bucks. Look on Craigslist.

I forgot to mention that they can change the spec for a small additional charge. I wanted an oak back as my stand would be in the middle of the room. Most stands go up against a wall so the back is not finished. I also wanted an additional shelf. I was very happy with the stand. Mike does not do the Chicagoland show anymore so you have to order directly.
Laurence.

I also buy from Mike at http://www.specialtystands.com. High quality stands at reasonable prices. I believe he's getting close to full-time retirement so it might be a good idea to order soon.

Well, he may have already retired according to his website. Probably the reason for the subject of this thread!

I bought this oak stand from Lou Adler in Montana a few weeks ago.
380 shipped. Montana state prison industries makes the stands for Lou.
I got my other stand from Mike a few years ago...
