National Automatic Model 170 Normandy Chimes Penny Scale

Hey,
I recently acquired this National Automatic Model 170 Normandy Chimes Penny Scale and unfortunately the wife isn't too hot on having it in the house like I intended. I really don't know a lot about it other than it works and it needs a few pieces(the bottom hinge and the upper back cover). I believe it has been repainted at some point in its life but the finish on this is a fairly old black lacquer. I know this came from in front of the original Wolworths here in Sheridan WY then went into the home where it sat until we took it out. I genuinely don't know what is a fair price to ask for it(I bought it on a whim, not my normal kind of purchase) and I hoping some can point me in a direction to find a fair asking price....or if you have an offer you would like to make on it I would be glad to entertain them. Great scale!
Maybe the wife will allow it in the house if you set it to weigh 10-15 pounds lighter than actual.
