I agree, a judge would laugh at him.
as i stated, i think it was his way of justifying making reproduction machines.
I'm sure there are others... those who own / make / sell repro machines... who would agree with that interpretation / theory.
it seems like those that are in the wrong, and, know they are, always have a way of justifying it.
whether it's politics, drugs, infidelity, racism, or... repro slot machines... those involved will have a b.s. reason to justify it.
what amazes me, is, the people involved in the repro machines usually want more for them... and sometimes get it... than you can buy an orignal machine for.
granted, this does not run true for repro watlings, or nuggets, but sure seems to run true for the repro castle, war eagle, bursting cherry, roman heads, high tops & half tops.
