Dual Slot Stand and Safe

I have a slot machine cabinet that holds 2 slot machines . it has a door that slides up and down and will lock in the up position . The two slot machines sit on turntables that spin and lock into place when in the forward position to access the back of the machine for service you unlock and spin the machine .It has a fluorescent fixture installed top center . The fixture was added by someone and I removed it and added a modern fixture and new wire with plug . . Both locks are missing and , if there were lock bars for the rear they are missing .This cabinet has been treated with a rust inhibitor and repainted . I believe this cabinet dates to the 40's or earlier . The doors could be shut during non business hours or if there was a police presence .It's big it's bulky and I do not have the space for it in my home .Very heavy gauge sheet metal . I thought it would be a good time to revive this post since seeing the posting on the Mills stand that just recently popped up on the forum , Freddy posted some super information on the Mills dual cabinet , I don't believe this is mills and do have some reference on it in one my slot machine books .

this must have been in an upscale establishment.
the one you usually find are giant versions of the typical "tin can" mills slot stands, that look more like a giant tool box safe.
this one is very nice.
i have never seen another one like this one.
what part of the country are you in?

VERY NICE!!
Looks like the kind of cabinets that were used in private men's clubs of the day.
In over 35 years of collecting and restoring I have seen only one other like it and it was rather beat up looking, this one is very nice, if you haven't sold it already, it will not last long.
Bona Fortuna,
Monti

Probably a wise decision my friend as I strongly doubt you would find another one like it, in fact I bet you won't!
Ciao,
