No idea the value of this, it's located in Avoca PA. Interested in finding out if it might be worth something to someone, or how would you would best suggest we find it a great new home.

Great find if they are working. That one looks like it's been sitting around while. Lots of relays to get dirty and gummed up.
Have you tried to see if it works?
I've been looking for a working one, but I'm in Minnesota.
Working or not Craigslist is a good place to sell. My opinion is $200-300 not working. 800 plus cleaned up and working.

Actual price, in the New England area...Is, zero.....Working, $200ish.....Have turned down many free ones, sadly no one wants them due to size. The Newer ones from the 90's are good for stripping the Sys11 Boardsets, but the older EM shuffle bowlers are sadly worth zilch...

And that's why they left it in the basement. Movers probably wanted $300 to take it apart and haul it upstairs! Also why those big huge console machines are so "competitively" priced lol.
Looking for survivor machines especially vendor fronts or original side vendors with or without
a machine. 1920's-30's goosenecks, round escalators. I enjoy hand painting the castings.

Those are beasts to take apart and move. I used to repair those back in the '80's, and if you want to get it running, buy yourself a couple ignition point files, and point bender tools. Most switch or relay points only need a swipe or two, unless they are pitted badly

You will spend a lot of time working your way through all relay switches and disc units cleaning and adjusting. It's very, very tedious, but not rocket-science, so it can be done by a person that's never done it before. Just look things over carefully, work the relays by hand, and figure out how it works/how it's SUPPOSED to work. After all that, there's replacing dead lightbulbs, and maybe some bad solenoid coils.

Be especially careful of the glass! One knock and it can explode on you. Even a fast temperature change (depends on it's location) from removing the glass and setting it down towards the floor is capable of causing those glasses to explode. I've had it happen, and it gets very messy.

Oh, if you get it going and want to play it, you will also need to buy a can or two of shuffleboard wax to sprinkle on the playfield.

I picked up two bowlers sight-unseen for $800 each. They had been sitting in storage for 25 years, and worked when put away. I knew nothing about them other than they were electro-mechanical. One (Bally) is 14 ft. long, uses a 3 inch ball, and the other (united) is 11 ft. long, uses a puck like the one you have.

I had to take the mechanical displays apart piece-by-piece because all of the internal moving parts were frozen; grease hard as tar. All the wiring was intact, and I went thru all of the contacts individually (hundreds of them). Used special grease on the stepper board contacts, something made specifically for those contacts, and used synthetic oil and synthetic grease for all other moving parts. Both are six player times 3, 18 numerical reels on each machine!

I got them working 100% and they're the hit of the game room. Everyone seems to enjoy the machines.

Slowly building a knowledge base on E2000 series Bally machines and J400 Jennings. Started with the antique Mills and Jennings. Getting there...
