Textured Paint for Mills Slot Restoration

I did a cursory search of past forum discussions and could not find any info so hopefully this topic is not redundant. I am restoring a Mills Brown Front and
would like a recommendation on a suitable brown textured/wrinkle spray paint to use. Color shade close to original? Was the orange center also textured? Matte or flat finish?
Back bonnet---same brown paint? It looks like a masking nightmare so any help would be appreciated. I assume Mills used a powder coat or baked enamel
process in the day and most of us are not set up for those techniques. Thanks in advance! Robert
