I seen this machine displayed outside a pachinko parlor in Kawasaki Japan last week any one know any thing about it have not seen one of these anywhere else.

I rebuilt the escalator today and got it working again but the payout is still not working any advice?

From the pictures, it appears that the payout slides springs are missing.

If you blow up the pix, you can see the loops on the end of the payout slide springs. They are intact.
I would first suggest, removing the complete slide assembly, and cleaning them. Just a slight amount
of oil or grease, will jamb them up. Many so-called half-asses that try to help parts move more freely,
think that oil should be put on all moving parts, which is not the case. Payout slides are to be Bone-Dry.
