Evans' Bang Tails

Hello to all;
Anyone own an Evans bang tails ?
Mine I'm guessing was new in 1948. missing both the back "doors" on it. No real idea how these would be secured to the gaming machine , any one have a clue / photos ??
currently cutting the plywood "doors" now for it.

A few months back I bought 3 machines at once, including this one.
been doing minor restoration on all 3 , mainly deep cleaning. all 3 seem to work properly.
the other 2 ; Keeney's bonus super bell (single coin) & a Bally high hand.
will have other question on this one later.
