Stephane ;
thank you again for your time with this project !
need to tweek a few things with the parts I made first.
I have made all of the parts ,including the 2 other shoes.
need to correct the spacing of the shaft & spacers..... made every thing a little longer on purpose. need to weld shaft to bracket also. will make a "plastic" bracket first to ensure position on the 2 screw holes on it.

will keep everyone updated.

All in a say is wow. Better make a second set after first one is in and working. You could probably sell it! Good job.
Looking for survivor machines especially vendor fronts or original side vendors with or without
a machine. 1920's-30's goosenecks, round escalators. I enjoy hand painting the castings.

parts with rivits installed.JPG
otay;
so far..... with rivets installed.
when I can find the time..... bend the 3 push lever ends over, screw the stop lever connections to the stop lever links.
position the push lever bracket to the frame. monkey with that a bit , mark the hole placement ,ect.

BANG !....... DONE !
Finally got it installed (now 2 A.M.). found a few other issues first. the 3rd reel was a bit loose, reel tins 2 & 3 bent, so rubbing on the new parts. had to bend the bracket a little forward. when shaft was welded on ,the heat bent it just enough.

the big issue, hole placement; figured it out, put a C-clamp to hold it, play it ,ect. but now the mechanics won't fit in place with the clamp still on !! wanted to be sure the button were exactly above. figured out something to hold it , then into the cabinet , well the buttons were way far ahead.
re positioned the whole thing. then it moved pulling it out of the cabinet !!!!!
Finally got the 1 hole drilled & screwed in , then recheck the position again , & again off a bit.
got that right, drilled the 2nd hole. hand bent a few pieces (just to do it). actually works too !!!!

took the part set out to paint. added a shim to the reel bundle (to avoid rubbing) played with a few other things.
all the other parts present were bent over the years also, part of the rubbing on the reel tins.
all new parts in flat black paint ,except the 2 screws (I forgot).
