Chinese front lighting system ?

A gentleman I know has a Jennings club chief (Chinese front). has other minor issues but, the lighting system was removed.
any one have photos or a wiring diagram of this lighting system ??
he wishes to "restore it" on this slot machine.
no idea myself if it's the same on later Jennings models.
I assume it had 5 light bulbs ?
