All the lights work when plugged in .If I manually depress the the vertical payout switch I hear a click in the black box mounted inside upper portion of the cabinet . Also when this switch is manually held closed I can manually push the counter switch on the hopper and the numbers increase on that same black box mounted to inside top of the cabinet .but that hopper is not turning .Anyway looking for a manual or someone who knows these machines for help on bringing this one back if possible .
Thanks in advance for any assistance

Hello Out There!
Sam and I have been communicating by email on this particular Mills M-Head slot machine and from information I have gathered this seems to be an after market modification on this particular machine or possibly a casino modification possibly by the Golden Nugget!
As the ones from Mills Bell-O-Matic seem a little more professionally done as in a factory setting!
I have gone thru my slot machine documents and have found nothing from Mills in the way of literature on this slot machine other than the Mills parts and service manual on the early Mills M Head that originally came out without the hopper, I have found nothing on the M Head model that has information on the model with the addition of the hopper and I believe what Sam is looking for is a schematic or wiring diagram for this slot machine.
He had sent me some pictures by email and there is a socket, which to me looks like an old "vacuum tube" socket which on his machine is empty and in our discussions by phone we were wondering if the problem he is experiencing with his machine is due to the component missing in this socket?
So any information would be appreciated as his searching for answers has also peaked my curiosity as even after 35 years Plus in this hobby I am always seeking new knowledge!
Below is a picture of the the socket in question showing its location in the machine directly under the hopper payout counter on the upper left rear of the cabinet!
Any help would be appreciated!
