What kind ofor machine is this

Postby Zredd » Sat Nov 05, 2016 11:27 am

I have been looking online to try to find repair information on their machine but I do not know what to call it. It is a haywire igt machine the sticker on front says new Jersey gaming commission 1994. When I look them up it shows all upright machines so I didn't know what this lower machine is called. Also when I turn it on it lights up and the bell rings and the lights flash but the credit screen will not light up and the buttons on the top do not light up or do anything. Any tips are appreciated thank you.

Zredd;
not sure it has a different name between the 2. it's just a "console type" sit down machine.
honestly , I'm not really into the newer stuff like this but, do you know if the back up battery is any good. for home use ,these need to be changed out often.
the newer machines have this battery to retain all of it's information if the lights go out (like recently in Vegas). mandated by law. in a casino setting, on 24/ 7 ,the battery can last 6 / 7 years (well past what the casino needs) but, at home, you turn on , turn off, turn on , turn off..... this kills the battery super fast. can last 8 months & need a new one.

This might be the problem.

I think it is a IGT S+ machine.
