Clevis pins

Postby Lol » Thu Mar 16, 2017 8:37 am

I am a newbie so please go easy on me. I have a Rol and I need to replace some clevis pins that are different lengths and different diameters. I guess all vintage slots use a combination of the same type of clevis pins? My question is do vintage slot machines use just a few sizes in which case, what are the sizes and diameters of the pins? If I buy and assortment of clevis pins on ebay
like;
http://www.ebay.com/itm/60pc-GOLIATH-IN ... SwEK9Tvp38

Would I find what I am looking for in that assortment? Or does somebody like Dave Berten keep in stock common clevis pins for vintage slots? I am making some progress as initially I thought that a would have to drill my own hole in a rivet so that it would take a cotter pin. Knowledge can be priceless. If somebody could point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
Thanks, Lol
