Jennings Gooseneck part identification (Solved)

I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this part from my Jennings Mints of Quality.
I just put my mech together, and it is working. However I have this left over part.
I checked all the photos I took, but cannot find it. Can anyone help to identify it, and let me know where it belongs. Is it part of the future pay?? Any help would be much appreciated.
