NO WHERE FOR PAY ARM TO GO

A GUY GAVE ME THIS MACHINE TO REPAIR, THE PAYOUT ARM FOR THE LOWEST PAYOUT WAS BROKEN SO I MADE A NEW ONE AND FITTED IT . THE PROBLEM IS THERES NO HOLES ON THE REELS FOR IT TO SLOT INTO !!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION PLEASE. See photos of the payout sequence and payout arm against the reel

The same arm is used for both the 2 and 5 pay. The fingr goes into the 1st hole and pays the 2. When the disc has the second hole lined up with the 1st the finger goes in farther allowing it to push the horizontal finger further back and releasing the next slide up which pays three more coins for a total of 5 coins. Check to make sure the vertical finger is hitting the horizontal finger correctly on each combination the 2 pay then the 5 pay and you should be able to see where it may need tweaking.

Thanks so much for your reply but.... there is no hole on the first disc at all for the first pay arm to go though . This was my question
