Mills base repair/replace

Postby GR14 » Sat Mar 30, 2019 3:07 pm

Hello, I have a Mills Castle Front nickel slot machine that has been in the family for 70+ years. The front 3 or 4 inches of the base is missing. Are bases available, either used or repro? If I end up making one, are there any pitfalls? Thanks!

A picture helps to determine if the base is repairable!

It can be repaired no problem. You need to find aged wood that the base was made of so it matches the old one. Yours looks original from the photos.
