Your photo indicates that you have the paper -
Your post refers to "decals" - do you mean the Mills water decals that are on the side of the case?
Those are just the early Mills Owl decals - - I believe Dave Berten sells them - also Crow River.

If you still need the "graphics" for your Mills shock machine I can get a stencil that you can use to paint the gold pin striping and wording. I believe that I also have a copy of the top sign.
