1930s Buckley Mills 25 Cent Help

Hi gang,

I have an opportunity to buy this 1930s Buckley Mills Slot Machine. I only have 1 picture from seller at the moment. Seller says the machine works well. I don't want to overpay. What would you say a fair price would be? It is unrestored. Seller wants $900. Thanks for your advice!

Always difficult to estimate a machine value especially with one photo. Many Buckley Criss Cross machines are missing the jackpot token vender so find that out. Note that this one is a quarter machine but the jackpot plate of $7.50 is from a nickel machine - mixture of parts? So determine if escalator operates and if payouts are correct. Would have to examine machine operation and completeness to accurately determine whether it is a $500 parts machine or a $1000 working quarter machine. My two Buckley machines work nicely after a good deal of adjustment and tuning. Good luck! Flip
