Nice Extraordinary. That looks like an original paint job, in what I think was the second color scheme they used, a lighter blue than the original in regular paint - I've seen paper repro paper eagle plates in the lighter blue shade, that go in the frame. Then they seem to have gone to painting the whole casting in wrinkle paint in a number of different colors including drab grays and browns.
