Slot machine furniture pads

Hi All, Anyone know of a source for antique slot machine protective pads for putting slots on top of furniture?

Hi Jon, don't know if this helps but this is what I use on the bottom of my machines that go on top of my wood tables tops. Works perfect and simple to install and remove. Just a thought.

I buy the large pads at Home Depot and cut to fit the sleds underneath. Rick B

I use the pads that woodworking shops use for anti skidding. Secret is they are the same as padding for carpet installation, the multi colored stuff.

Just wanted to add my 2c of info here
My Father (Bernie) used to sell slot pads many years ago, but however, certain poly urethane's these days caused a chemical reaction and the pads were melting to the oak!
So for obvious reasons we stopped selling them,
I remember the Slot pads Tom K. used to sell were typewriter pads, a little more pricey, but they do the job too!

I make the skids incase anyone needs them. I have 13" & 14" at the moment. Can make to any size. Rick B

I found that non-slip shelf liner works well instead of felt pads, since the machines tend to slide on felt. This is easily cut to the size you need.
