I got this along with a Daval Comet trade stimulator.
Anyone know what it is?

Thanks everyone.
Now I need to find a case and get it working. I always wonder where along the line these things lose their clothes? It looks complete to me but I'll need to examine it closer to make sure. I believe it's 5 cents.
