SHIPPPING

Postby HSaidman » Mon Feb 25, 2008 10:26 am

Before you ship an item, I would highly suggest you go to the website of the carrier your going to use, and get an estimate. I recently was shipping an item and the website showed a fee that was 50% less than what they were going to charge me at the counter. Basically the person behind the counter did not have a clue what they were doing and were checking a box for Saturday delievery which was jacking up the fee.

I have had different things like this happen before with UPS and DHL counter services at Staples and OFFICEMAX.

At least if you checked it out before hand you know if they are doing it correctly.
