The form for serial numbers looks pretty good. I didn't see that I could improve on it at all. If I come up with anything will let you know. T.J.

Earlier this morning I added my entire collection (a single Jennings machine  ) to the database. When I added the machine I wasn't registered, so I couldn't add a picture. Now that I've registered I don't see any way to go back and add the picture, as the system doesn't know that the machine is "mine". Can it be deleted and then added to the database again?

I was wondering when that was going to happen. When you are entering a machine the form clearly states (apparently not clearly enough :D ) that anonymous entries will not be able to add photos. This is to prevent scammers spammers and idiots from posting porn or whatever.

Let me know what the serial number was of the Jennings machine that you added along with your username. I will then edit the database and associate your machine to your username. You will then be able to add a photo.

Jennings Bronze Chief, S/N 137340, and my username is WS65711.

I did see the message, but I guess I didn't realize that a machine submitted anonymously would forever remain anonymous, and that I wouldn't be able to associate myself to it later. Sorry!!! #-o

The machine is now associated with your username.

Go to the edit screen. Select Update on your machine (you don't need to change any of the existing fields if they are correct). You will then be presented with the screen where you can upload your image.

Let me know if you have any issues.

Dave-

I am still having an issue attaching the picture. I sent you an email with more details including screen prints and a copy of the email that the Registry system sent me after I tried the update . . .

Thanks to everyone who has been adding serial numbers and photos.

If you added a photo please confirm the photo is actually shown on your serial number entry.

There was a bug in the system where some of the photos did not get associated with your entry.

I think that bug has been fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Dave,

I seem to be having trouble too while trying to update my machine photo. Actually, it is just in trying to update my profile where the issue starts. I log in OK with user name of insertcoinhere, complete all the fields, and click on 'Update'. The response is:
Sorry, we were unable to find a record for . Number of records found was 0

I can then proceed to my machine, a Mills S/N 310869 Silent FOK, but from there am only able to send an email to "somebody" but it is not coming to me.

Thoughts?
