Yes ... I am not going to ask someone to remove the disc and scan it ... too brittle. But that is my ultimate goal. I have water decal sheets that I can print to and apply to a lexan disc and clear coat. I would love to have a scan of the disc but would never ask someone to try to take theirs apart to do this. My old one was so brittle, that all you had to do was touch it and it cracked and broke.
My hope is to find a NOS disk and get a scan or buy that one .... slim pickings. Thanks for the advice.

You might be able to do it without a scan or original. Measure the original location for OD, ID and number of spaces. If you can mock up a cardboard model, you can get it right on the mark.

All of the number appear to be concentric, so it's just a question of dividing the circle into equal spaces for the digits.

That is very possible for someone who has the patience and time, which I have neither.

When I get time to clean my slot out, I could see if I could take a higher quality photo of the disc which someone could then edit with Photoshop etc as needed and print out on an overlay or the like. That could work, no?

My friend ... that would be great but please do not put your machine at risk in any way trying to get that for me. . If you do this, I will also need the measurements of the disk so I can reproduce it and the # will show in the window. A scan of the picture after I get it to size, is what I will do and print to a water decal. That will allow me to recreate it and apply it to a lexan or plexiglass disk. One again thanks for the offer and please dont put your machine at risk.

Dave, cheap and dirty photoshop image, here's a start. It's exactly 7 in. OD.

Thanks very much. I think I can work with that. I never thought I would get a chance to restore that part of the machine. I will keep you informed and if successful, will send you a finished product for you to have. It will take me long time.

I'm looking for both pieces of glass for a Bally Draw Bell. Any ideas where to find em?
