I received the following email. I have never heard of or seen such a contraption.
The person who emailed me asked me to put it in the forum. If you know anything about this please respond and I will forward it to the owner.
For some reason, he cannot get to the forum.
Thanks
Dave

I have a Bally Model 742A slot machine with a foot pedal mechanism attached. I found a patent # on the Mechanism, and traced it back to the inventor A. Thomas D'Andrea. The patent was issued in 1969.
My question to you is Have you ever seen one of these? If so, do you know anything as to the rareity of this item? I have contacted several other slot gurus, and none of them have ever seen one in person.
One other question...the machine has an Indian as a payout symbol. I was wondering if you could confirm that this Indian is a symbol of Cal-Neva casino?
I have attached a few pics of the machine, please let me know if you have any information.
