help with Jennings today mystery awards??

I do not understand the payout logic of this machine?
Sometimes I get 3 shields all the same color and it doesn't award anything?

It pays many small 2 coin wins on first two symbols alike and as much as 12 coins on some first two matching symbols.
Does anyone have a full list of what the payouts should be for this machine?
It is very original and looks like it never had an award card from the Factory?
