It is from a Caille slot machine, possibly a Dictator, Doughboy, Cadet, Commander or Playboy
I noticed that the hydraulic clock pump is missing.

It is most likely a Dough-Boy (1935), because it has 10-stop star wheels and the earlier type of JP feed at the bottom of the escalator, compared to the 20-stop Cadet (1936) model; the Dictator (1934) model had its own special reel strips which do not appear here, though the mech would otherwise be very similar. The coin entry does not appear in any of these pictures-- a hexagonal coin entry would indicate a Dictator.
