questions about mills baseball mint vendor for sale

I have been offered this machine, it is in Europe.

It appears to be missing the FOK feature.
it says " you're out " in the little window that was at the top of the front casting.
I assume, originally, a dial would have shown how many trade tokens you would have gotten on the next play?

Many Baseball machines seem to be missing this feature, does it hurt the value too much?
Did they ever come from the factory on a straight pay?
did they ever come out of the factory without the "freeplay" bar on the first reel, as this one appears to be missing this as well.
I suspect a standard goosneck mech has had new baseball strips fitted and slid into a baseball cabinet?
The cabinet and baseball field look original enough to me.
Thoughts and opinions most welcome!

Aha! I know that machine! I've actually both played and looked inside it once. Didn't know he was selling.

To my knowledge, he bought it from a guy in the US some years ago. So it hasn't been "europeanized". I believe it still runs on US quarters.

As I recall it is mostly original, though with one or two repro replacement parts (back top lid and door? as per your photo. Possibly the reel strips too, unsure) but is otherwise in good original working condition. Played well. Baseball gimmick works too - field a little faded for sun/wear. Mint vendor also works fine. It doesn't have the deferred/future pay feature, but other then that it's a decent complete machine. In a version that's hard to find in Europe (as we Europeans normally have no interest in baseball, few made it here).

No idea what he's asking for it, but the machine itself is exactly what it appears to be.

P.s. I have no interest in buying it myself, I as only buy total restoration project - and this machine doesn't qualify.
