What are these vendors for

I picked up a couple boxes of slot parts and these two vendors were in there can anyone tell me what they go on.

Similar to Mills QT vendors but not. Here is a possibility. Notice coin acceptor slot on left where it could hit coin release ratchet on the vendor.
