EBAY AD STATES FULLY RESTORED???

PERHAPS... I am being overly picky here, but, imagine the poor guy who buys this machine, which looks great on the outside, but, on the inside... hmmm:
AD description states:
" This is a beautiful fully restored 25 cents Circa 1930's Mills Slot Machine in excellent condition, inside and out."
IF you will look at the last picture, which shows the mechanism from the back side, it is missing a spring on the upper pay finger for the cherry pay, and, the other remaing upper finger springs are rusty, as are all of the lower payout finger springs.
also missing reel brakes. no biggie, but, it should be mentioned since seller states "FULLY RESTORED".
NOT my idea of "FULLY RESTORED".
