This is one that I did with Testers plastic paints free hand with a small brush and a tooth pic.

The machine looks fantastic! Okay, I didn't know it was that straight-forward ... wasn't sure how some of them looked so good. I guess worse case is I could always wipe the paint off and try again.

=D> Thank you all for your feedback.

Back in the days we were painting these we found Testers to be the best. Never left any brush strokes.
Never used a tooth pick, just a Q tip with some paint thinner and a dry old tee shirt for detailing?

Amazon had Labor Day sales on Testors paints today, so great timing everyone! They also had PlastiKote 470 Gray Etching Primer Enamel, which is normally $35 on sale for only $7.30, so I couldn't pass it up (just in case). These are Amazon Prime member prices.

Testors Promotional Enamel Paint Set (8 high gloss colors plus thinner) - $10.66
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005C2KF

10 paint brushes for $6.95
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BEXBFA

Etching primer for $7.30
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007OWD18

And I PROMISE I won't use all 8 colors on the machine! LOL! I am going for as original as possible based on pictures I've seen here and online.
