Unfortunately ebay did NOT do there job. This Scammer ended the auction's on his own. I'm guessing he cut a deal privately for someone to buy the machine outright. I would hate to be that person when they figure out there is NO machine, and their money is gone forever.

I did the best I could to try and alert everyone with my auction. The irony is, even after I put my auction up with the same Polk, people still bid on his.

Thank you everyone for your assistance with this one.

My opinion: eBay would have protected the buyer if the transaction was done on their platform. If a deal is made outside of eBay, the buyer takes that risk.

When this item was first started I bid $8 knowing it was a scam .
Yesterday I got an unsolicited email from ehay saying my bid had been retracted it also advising me to be cautious if contacted outside of ehay and not to pay with wire transfer etc.
That being said I think ehay possibly ended these auctions .
Just my to scents .

What is the link to his currently listed items? I couldn't find anything.
If I bring up the Polk item number, it brings me to Swami's listing only.
