STRANGE SLOT HANDLE ~ WHAT IS IT?

Saw this listed on ebay.
Does anyone recognize it?

Yes, I do recognize this handle. It is from a SUPER-RARE 1923 Capone "Contrapualle".
There were very few made. All models had triple jackpots, skill stops, and 6 column
front mint venders, as well as an additional side vender, which vended a box of six
38cal. bullets. They also made a musical version, but it didn't go over well, because
of all the noise in the bars. #-o

On second thought, it also looks like my Shoehorn that I lost. :roll:
