V-E-R-Y SUSPICIOUS AD FOR SLOT MACHINES ON EBAY

LOOK CLOSE!!
NOW... LOOK AGAIN...
Why would a guy take pictures of pictures of the slot machines he is listing for sale?
This ad looks R-E-A-L SUSPICIOUS!
War eagle looks repro...single cherry pay. sword handle.
bonus is repaint.
he thinks the war eagle is worth more than the bonus.
somebody get this guy a watch so he can figure out what time of day it is.
add this all up, then consider the vagueness of his wording... does not look good to me.

As I look closer at the picture of a picture of war eagle, in addition to 2 pay reward card, and sword handle, there appears to be no jackpot inspection plate, and, reel strips are gold.
wood appears to be new as well.
obviously, a reproduction, although seller states it is a 1931 machine.
THIS IS A GOOD ONE TO STAY AWAY FROM.
SELLER IS EITHER OUTRIGHT LYING, OR DUMBER THAN A BOX OF YO-YO'S.

Do the word SCAM ring a bell here? :^o
I have never seen anyone list slots for sale, with a digital pic of a photograph.
This is a perfect example of an IDIOT. The seller is also an "eBay Newbie".

Hi'. I spoke with the seller, threw text & I got nothing from him saying not to trust. But that is for each individual to decide, if dealing with him. I asked him if he would send some other pictures to me or upload them. He just got back to me, to let me know he did so. He has added several more pictures to his listing. Can't say I'm any more impressed than I was of the first 2 photos though. In my opinion I don't think he knows much about them. As several other collectors have said in the past. Just because you have owned them for 35-40 years. By all means does not make you a no it all.

Hope this is helpful

i agree with the part that someone can own a machine, or several, and not know anything about them, ... BUT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF A PICTURE IS ULTRA-HOKEY, AND, DEFINITELY THROWS UP RED FLAGS!
Now...look the picture of the back of the war eagle:
1) NO MECH HOLD DOWN LEVERS, AND, NO HOLES IN CASE WHERE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN, OR, HOLES FOR THE COPPER LEVER HOLD STRIPS.
2) THERE IS A PLAY COUNTER ON THE BACK OF THE MECHANISM.
3) THERE IS NO CENTER SPACER WOOD BLOCK UNDER THE SUB BASE.
4) NO INSPECTIONS STICKER.
NOW, moving on to the high top bonus:
IT IS AN OBVIOUS REPAINT, BUT, ALSO HAS THE WRONG WOOD CABINET.
There should be grooves on the side.
Here is one listed on ebay that appears to be correct ( i did not read the entire ad... it shown for picture reasons only / i am not endorsing, or in any way affiliated with the one i am showing... it is purely for illustration purposes.)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1948-MILLS-5c-H ... 4189eaf92d
That said... what else could be wrong / missing on the bonus machine?
BONUS PARTS ARE MADE OF UNOBTANIUM, SO, IF ANYTHING CRUCIAL IS MISSING... GOOD LUCK!
ARE YOU SEEING RED FLAGS YET?

It also has gold reel strips which were never used on War Eagles.
