The Pace may be missing its back door. The Mills looks like it has all the skill stop mech. It's about what they are worth, $1000 to $1200.

Cant realy be 100% sure from the pictures but looks to me like the cabinet is a cut down FOK cabinet, if you look closely at the second picture you can see two filler strips on the base in front of the lower casting, and the third picture the cash box is raised up on two wooden strips as in all FOK's, now if that is the case the front lower casting should be a 1/2" short but cant tell from pictures.

Regarding the poinsettia, it is definitely a conversion of some type.
look at the strange shape of the pay cup, and, the strange shape of the front casting in the top right quadrant.
definitely an unusual machine.
i still have not gotten a reply to the questions i sent the seller.

Thanks, boy, suddenly an influx of machines today on FeeBay. ghm1451 looks like he's selling off his collection.

The lower casting on the Pointsettia is correct for a 25c machine. the bump outs on the upper right are for handling the larger size quarter coin, the casting is not cut down. The base does look to be for a FOK but shouldn't really affect the value of the machine. The paycup is unusual, I have never seen one quite like that one. All in all except for the pay cup, it appears to be all original Mills.
