It's a SCAM. This is the same figure, and photo, that Swami commented on several months ago, about another Scammer.
This one even has a 'long-winded' description, that he read in a book, to sound like a professional. :^o

Frank made all his figures out of carved wood. They are generally a rough carving very similar to old cigar store indian carvings. If they look smooth and very life like be carefull as they may be repros. There are some other ways to tell if its a genuine Polk, but most are made by others.

I couldn't Disagree more with you. Frank Polk figures are the most Life Like carvings out there. In Fact, they almost look as if they are going to start talking to you. The one on ebay is a Real Polk. However, the seller is a scammer. Once again, that is my photo, and my description of a Polk I had on ebay about 6 years ago.

Yes, it was taken down a day or two ago, and I hope because of my note to the Scammer, as follows:

QUOTE:
Speaking of "eBay Police", you best shut down your SCAM, as this photo
was used in the past by another Scammer. The pix belongs to one of our
long time collectors, and I'm sure he is contacting eBay about this listing
as I write. You best pack-up, and move on.
