I just got a text alert on my phone about this machine.

I have never heard of it or seen it before.

Anyone know anything about it?

It's a foreign machine. Every single coin entry upright I've ever seen has been foreign. Wheel also gives it away.

Thanks, I was pretty sure it was made for the foreign market.

Sure doesn't look like a Caille. Very plain.

I am confused on why this machine would just accept a single coin.

How do you win? There is just one wheel spinning. Does it only pay if just a certain symbol hits?

When I look at the wheel, I see duplicates of symbols just like a normal upright.

Looks to me like there should be a 5 or 6 way coin head allowing the patron to bet on a particular symbol.

I wish I could read French so I could understand the instructions.

From looking at the mechanism, it does look like the thing was designed to take a single coin.

Dave:
I do know this machine fairly well, even though it is French. I have photos and info of others, that I don't have time
to dig out, for a couple more days. Dick Bueschel and I talked about the "Reliable", many years ago, and he could not
come up with a lot of info on it. Caille had a factory in France, and built a multitude of different machines, that you
never seen here in the states, until a few machines started to come over in the late 70's, and early 80's. There are
other versions of this same single coin machine, but I can't remember the names. More later.
Bill

P.S. I have something important to talk to you about. Hopefully you will be around home by the weekend.
