Pace Comet on Ebay

Some people that list items on Ebay just think they can take a picture from the internet. This person is listing a Pace Comet. There is nothing wrong with his pictures. The picture that he defines as an example is from

You just can't take a picture without asking permission.

I suggest you contact the seller and also contact e-bay and report him under copyright infringement.

KLOV could also go after him for using their bandwidth to show the picture (the guy is downloading it from their site in his listing).

In the last month I had two auctions taken down. Both used pictures from http://www.gameroomantiques.com/ as an example. I sent Ken an email. Ken notified eBay and within hours they were taken down.

It looks like E-Bay has removed the listing.

I wish they were just as diligent with the repros being advertised as authentic machines.
