It is a complete Scam. Those are papahogs photos.
I know him well, and just dropped the owner a note, and link, to check it out.
He had problems a few years ago, and was putting his name across all photos on eBay.
Guess he will have to start doing it again?

He convinces you to send him some money up front to hold it for you and/or possibly meet you somewhere. Then he (and your money) disappears.
