Well this is just a suggestion but you may want to start by seeing what outlying parts are missing;
the fluorescent light assembly which would require a ballast, a starter, Etc. for each fluorescent lighting tube used!
the candle, if desired and all its components, bulbs, sockets, wiring, Etc.
And
the micro switch assembly to signal when a jackpot occurs and send voltage to the candle!
It may have originally had a Jackpot bell as well!
Then, and only then after you establish where voltage is necessary would you be wanting to apply power with a power cord assembly!
UNLESS
you want the nickname "Sparky"! LOL
Possibly more detailed photos of the mechanism, Etc. would help to determine what you have or don't have!
