Yes ,here is why !The last guy was not able to find or make the good Reel strips ,So , the best solution was to add "Patch" and some drills #-o :evil: ! Some hours for back to original !

I took several Jennings electronics J400's apart (all from the same casino) and found several bugs on the high pay slot. The stop wheel was made of fiber board and the filler used looked like automotive body filler:

For as many machines that have been found with any type of cheat-feature, I find it hard to believe,
that a great number came out of Nevada Casinos. This is one thing that the Nevada Gaming Commission
frowned-on quite heavily, and would shut the Casino doors in a heartbeat. Not sure what anyone did to
smaller Casinos and Card Parlors in other states, so I can imagine most of them ran rampid. #-o
