doesn't look like a polk to ME, but ask swami or john herman. they will know immediately....maybe sooner than that, whether it's a polk.

Oatmeal54, Congrats on a truly historic find! :D
[Would love to know the story behind the man who's face was used for the inspiration of this carving]

Hello Campank!
I'm a little delayed in answering this post as I haven't been on the forum recently but that may be a Dick Delong carving as he used a "Coin" style base for his carvings a while back!
You might try searching Dick Delong on the internet and if you don't find anything send me a PM as I have some information filed away on him in my hard copy files!
Bona Fortuna!

I believe you are referring to the Morphy Auction!
If so, here is a link to the results of their auction this last May 2018 as well as a link to their site!
Ciao!

Well, after much thought I have decided to put my Frank Polk Miner and Cigarette Girl in the upcoming Morphy Auction in Las Vegas in April, 2019. I've had these guys since I was in high school and they almost feel like part of the family. But as much as I've enjoyed having them, due to personal circumstances I know its time to let them go. I appreciate all the comments and helpful information that I have received from many of you on this site. Many thanks to you all! Jason K.

I'm a newbie and just acquired this slot from an estate and wondered if it a Frank Polk? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
