Don't know if you are interested. There is one currently listed on eBay as "Mills Slot Machine Door, Cabinet, and Parts". It looks like the base is a repo along with the back door.
Good Luck with your hunt. I looked for a base for awhile and eventually, just rebuilt what I had.
