I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SALE.
I spotted this parts lot on ebay, and, noted the unusual handle.
I have no idea what it is, but, someone may need the part.
If anyone actually knows what it is... please let us know.
(We know the 3 bottom pieces are reel stop levers)
