Here is an early gambling machine from a local estate. It is all original in near mint condition. Truly a rare find; offered for just $1950.00 firm.

What you have is a 1937 Groetchen Zephyr. It books at $250.00 in Dick Bueschels Guide To Vintage Trade Stimulators & Counter Games page 144.

This machine was examined by a local antique expert; he stated it is from the mid 1920s and should easily bring $2500 at auction. He can provide a written appraisal which I will provide to the lucky buyer.

Your antique appraiser doesn't know his coin-op. He has the date of the machine wrong and the value. It books at $250.00, maybe yours is extra nice and has the gum vender that is complete and working, in that case i would guess the value in the $500.00 range.

I tried not to be too obvious.
This is a decent Zephyr, but it has been spray bombed and has a repro award card and back door.
It'll be up on Fleabay within a week or so (at a reasonable starting price).

EDIT for Bill:
There is no painted letter/number inside this one,
but there is what looks like an original sticker with (serial number?) 000903.

I knew this all had to be a joke, when I seen who posted it. Guess he had 'all-yooz-guyz' wound up in a knot for a spell. =D>
If you really wanted to get the troops in a tizzy, you should have registered a new name, that we all haven't seen before.
By the way, this machine is definately worth the BIN price of $50. Where do I send the check? Oh, and please send it via
lickity-split overnight express, as I can't wait to get it.
HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY GANG.............

Nice try! I'm not taking the bait on this one. Groetchen did not serial these models.
April Fools again.......... =D>
