Reel bundle moves left to right

The reel bundle on my Black Cherry machine seems to have some play in it.

You can see in the video I can push the bundle a 1/4 inch left to right and back.

At rest, it sits to the left. In play it moves to the right and then on the 4th click it moves back left.

It is somewhat of an issue as when the bundle is to the left, the kicker does not always hit the 3rd reel.

Is this amount of play in the bundle normal and if not, how do I tighten it up?

Check all screws that are related to the end frames and if tight you can loosen the reel bundle axle shaft screw near where your hand is in the video you have posted and small washers could be used as shims when inserted through the axle between the space that is showing the movement. Just take up most of the play and leave a little bit for easy movement.
