1928 Mills Operators Bell

Hi,
I have a 1928 Mills Operator Bell... I am working on the cabinet, and I noticed that on the sides once had a decoration that someone removed for some reason maybe by accident... I don't know...I was wondering if there is a stencil of that design available somewhere or gone forever, please let me know...
