Mills 25 cent jackpot problems

Now, besides my 25 cent Mills knockoff jackpot payoff problem, I have a problem where three bars pays two quarters out of the payoff slides, just like a single cherry would. Any suggestions? Appreciate any help I can get!

Which model Mills slot machine do you have? Most of the old (1930's-1950's) Mills slots pay 20 coins out of the coin tube, as well as the coins in the jackpot. So two coins from the coin tube doesn't sound right, unless you have a payout slide jamming problem.
